About this page

This page explains the features implemented on the Aliph Solutions marketing website and how information moves through them. It covers browsing, search, Ask Aliph, reading tools and the contact brief builder. Product deployments, client work and other services have their own requirements and agreed terms.

The description below concerns the website application. Hosting, network, AI and email providers may process information as part of delivering their services.

Site search uses a public index of Aliph pages and resources. Your search filters that index in the browser. The application does not send the search query to an Aliph search server or an AI model. The query appears in the address bar so the same search can be reopened or shared.

Ask Aliph

Ask Aliph is an AI assistant for questions about Aliph products, services and solutions. When you send a question, the website sends it and up to six previous conversation messages to its server. The server uses Microsoft Azure Foundry to check the topic and prepare an answer from approved, public Aliph content. Source links let you inspect the relevant pages.

The conversation remains in memory in the current browser page. Starting a new chat, reloading or leaving the page clears that local history. The application does not save chat transcripts to a database, add chat cookies or deliberately log message text. It keeps temporary request counters to limit misuse. Hosting and AI providers may separately process requests and technical information under their applicable terms and settings; this is not a promise of zero provider retention.

This website assistant is separate from customer product deployments. Its configured Azure service is outside Saudi Arabia; do not use it for information that requires in-Kingdom processing. Please keep questions general and avoid personal records, client documents, passwords or confidential business information. Ask Aliph cannot access your enterprise systems or perform actions for you. Its answers may be incomplete or inaccurate; our team confirms commercial terms and deployment arrangements.

Preparing a contact brief

The contact page assembles the information you enter in your browser. Required fields include your name, work email, organisation and a description of the work you want to discuss. Preparing the brief does not submit it to a website database or lead-management service.

“Create email draft” opens a message in your email application. You decide whether to send it. “Copy brief” places the prepared text on your device clipboard so you can use it in an email. Clipboard content may remain available to other applications according to your device settings.

If you send an email, the information passes through your email provider and the recipient’s email service. The website cannot confirm delivery. You can also contact hello@aliphai.ai directly without using the brief builder.

Reading tools and local interactions

Guide checklist selections remain in the current page and reset when you leave or reload it. Product tabs, filters and navigation controls update the experience in your browser. Copying an article link uses the device clipboard; printing or saving a PDF uses your browser’s print features.

The application does not implement visitor accounts, newsletter subscriptions or persistent marketing preferences. Its interactive features do not require you to register.

Storage, analytics and delivery

The application does not add advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts or marketing storage. Website fonts and images are served as local assets rather than loaded from separate image or font services.

The website host and infrastructure involved in delivering or authenticating access to the site may process technical request information, such as a requested address or network information, under their own terms. This page does not make a claim that provider-level logs or processing are absent.

External reading links, email links and RSS readers may take you to another service. Review that service’s information-handling practices before sharing information there.

A useful first enquiry needs a business problem and enough contact context to continue the conversation. Please avoid credentials, confidential client records, identity documents or personal information about other people. More detailed material can be discussed through an appropriate engagement process.

Questions about your information

For a question about information you have shared with Aliph, email hello@aliphai.ai. Identify the enquiry and the information you want to discuss without including additional sensitive details. If another provider holds the relevant information, its own process may also be applicable.

We update this page when the website’s relevant features change. For the broader product-design approach, see trust and responsibility.
