Classification before model choice
Map the information that may enter a model, including source content, personal data, outputs and operational records. Select a customer-approved model and deployment profile for that classification. Governed external services require an explicit review of processing, transfers and egress.
Arabic and English by design
Bring Arabic documents, national identifier and Iqama fields, mixed-script records and organisation-specific terminology into source preparation and evaluation. Define which fields require detection or transformation and verify the resulting workflow against representative material.
Customer production authority
Assign the people who approve source access, model changes, business outputs and production release. The customer’s named owners retain acceptance and residual-risk decisions. Training, operating guidance and a structured handover make those responsibilities usable.
A governed learning cycle

Is the platform a single product?
This is the shared approach behind six Aliph products and four service wings. Five products form the connected GRC family; AI Consultant adds compliance intelligence. Utopian appears separately as a partner platform supported by Aliph’s technology delivery work. A project can begin with the product or service scope it needs.
What makes AliphChat different from AI Consultant?
AliphChat is the conversational front door to approved ERP, CRM, policies and GRC records, with source-attributed organisational memory. AI Consultant works through compliance questions and structured deliverables using supplied organisational context, guided clarification and specialist review.
Does every deployment keep every model interaction inside the Kingdom?
Location follows the agreed classification and deployment profile. A customer-owned or in-Kingdom model path is designed for its approved environment. Use of an external model or connector requires its own review of processing locations, data handling and egress. Processing locations and permitted data are defined for each model path.
Do we need to replace existing ERP or CRM systems?
Existing systems are design inputs. AliphChat can connect approved enterprise records, including scoped ERP, CRM and Zoho integrations. Confirm connector availability, permissions, synchronisation and source ownership for the institution before implementation.
Can we begin with data readiness alone?
Yes. Aliph Data can define ownership, classification and purpose, prepare privacy transformations and establish a source foundation before a broader AI rollout. The same work can then support Aliph AI, Aliph GRC and Aliph Cyber.
How is security delivery divided?
Aliph leads the AI layer, authority and egress control engineering, and related evidence design. Arcova supports the agreed security operations scope, which may include monitoring, triage, response, remediation validation and recovery exercises. Service scope is subject to applicable registration, licensing and contracting requirements.
